The Mission Statement of the NCPAF states that “we will preserve and portray the cultures, arts and crafts of our Islands.” Accordingly, they are well versed in the appropriate meaning, pronunciation, and visual presentation of the various languages, including the utilization of an array of diacritical and language specific markings.
