Pumpkin Patch Hayrides & October Fall Festival Saturdays at Mike's Farm
🎃 Mike's Farm is Onslow County's original agri-tourism farm offering seasonal hayrides, pumpkin & strawberry picking, a family-style restaurant, shopping, event venues & more! We strive to provide a family atmosphere that customers of all ages will enjoy.
Pumpkin Patch Hayrides
We offer hayrides around the farm to the pumpkin patch Tuesday and Wednesday from 1-5, Thursday and Friday from 1-8, and Saturday from 10-8. Hayrides run continuously throughout the day. The cost is $2.00 per person for ages 3 and older with no reservations needed. Pumpkins are $0.79 per pound with a $4.00 minimum.
Fall Festival Saturdays
Join us on Saturdays in October for fall family fun! Pumpkin patch hayrides will run continuously from 10-8, Animal Area, Gift Shop, Bakery & NC Products barn will all be open from 10 am to 8 pm. The restaurant and our Food Truck (weather permitting) will be open from 12 pm to 8 pm. Rockstar Magic of Chris & Neal will have FREE magic shows at 12 pm, 1 pm, and 2 pm. Free tastings of NC wines, wine by the glass and wine slushies will all be available in the NC Products Barn. We will have live music from 3 pm to 7 pm, so bring your lawn chairs to enjoy a nice fall afternoon on the farm!

2022 Hog Wild at Howard Farms Season Opening – Corn Maze & Pumpkin Patch
DATES: Friday, Saturday & Sunday through October 2022
LOCATION: 165 Rhodestown Road, Jacksonville, NC
ADMISSION: General Admission is $10 plus $2 for unlimited Hayrides. Children age 2 and under are free.

2022 Apple Fest & BBQ Cook-Off at Humphrey Farm
🍎 Our 2nd Annual Apple Fest is a celebration of one of NC's Favorite Fall Fruits - the Apple. Mr. Alan Picket will be on hand with NC Mountain Apples and his own locally grown varieties too. The Pumpkin Patch will still be open with Hay Rides, Petting Zoo, Apple Pie Eating Contest, Apple-Themed foods like Apple Pie Funnel Cakes, Deep Fried Apple Pie Hand Pies, Fresh NC Apple Cider, Apple Cider Lemonade. Free samples in the Market Shop: apple butter, apple cider and more. Inflatables and Cow Train Rides for the Kids. Lots of Fall Photo Opps and Fire Pits with S'mores at dusk.
Also - there will be a BBQ Cook-Off featuring meats with an “apple” theme. (Applewood, apple cider bbq sauce, etc) Free samples while they last. $1000 cash and prizes.
