Our story begins in a little town in northern México, where owner and operator Anthony Bowman, AKA Smoky Tony, learned the art of Mexican Pit Barbacoa. From there he learned techniques in California, Texas, South Carolina, North Carolina and even out west in Arizona and Utah! We at Smoky Tony’s have been perfecting our cooking techniques since 1980 to even include the art of smoking meats since 2004. We are a full service restaurant and catering business. We are very excited to be open in Holly Ridge North Carolina and serving the good people of Southeastern Onslow County and Northeastern Pender County and the surrounding areas.
